Direct answer: When I booted with android, went to settings, about, hardware: There was the model mxiii-2 and the processor specification s905x.
There was no sign externally, or in the box.

But there were several "hints" that should have given it away easily: it came with android 6, and it didn't work in the first boot when I used the dtb.img of the s905 (no wifi, lan, usb...), pretty logical when you think about it.

I was not happy about it, I was looking for the s905 because I read here that the development was more advanced. On the other side in Amazon the mx-iii was 53€ while the mx-iii2 was 44€, so it also felt like I was scammed. The next day I cheked the mx-iii was "not available", so I guess they just send me that and didn't even know about it.

    Regards

    Thanks,

I don't have Android installed, could I check it in LE?

    Regards.

    Hello,

How did you know that it is a MXIII-II?

    Maybe I have same device.

    Regards.

This is an old Sony TV.

I have the key codes in a lircd.conf. Years ago I have a Debian based HTPC and I could send the correct keys.

Now I want to know how to send thoose codes with commands in a Libreelec Kodi device.

And then assign some remote keys to thoose commands.

    Kind regards.

    Hello,

Anyone is using IR blaster for control (volume, input and power) the TV?

I have a MCE USB IR blaster, I want configure it to send commands to my TV to volume up/down and power on/off.

I have a lircd.conf with my TV remote keys. I want to map my LE remote volume keys for send IR commands to IR blaster.

    Someone could help me?

    Best regards.

Has anyone with mk808b pro (amlogic s905 stick) succeeded with installing LibreELEC to NAND?

I just got this device yesterday. I can install LE (both kszaq's krypton and jarvis build) to sd card. But when tried ssh install to NAND it will fail to boot and then brick the device.

SSD command "installtointernal" was shown successfully flash to NAND. But it won't boot from NAND, instead it still boot to sd card. So I did ssh "installtointernal" a second time, this will get the device brick and can't boot from sd card anymore. I have to flash with amlogic burning tool to start all over again.

I did this twice, first time with krypton and second with jarvis, and it was all the same result, that is, the device will get brick after the second ssh install command.

Any possible solution for installing to NAND?

    Try twice.

I think the easiest way for beginner is to setup tvheadend. There are several tutorials for WeTek Play available, just Google for them. For example this:

    Thanks!

I have a tvheadend service installed in Linux PC and I know how to configure it.

How could I install the service?

    Best regards.
