A lot of older hardware lost support in newer versions of OE and LE. Maybe your Wireless USB dongle is no longer supported. You would have to check with a developer if that's the case.
The XBox 360 was first released in 2005 according to wiki

Does the wireless USB Receiver (dongle) have an LED (showing power or connect status) ? You still haven't told us what PC you have Libreelec running on. Is it an Intel NUC, Raspberry Pi, or maybe a toaster oven (lol).
Very useful thread!
I have exactly the same issue. After update to Libreelec 8.2, I'm not able to mount my SMB. I know that Libreelec 8.2 has some problem and difference with SMB versions, but I can't get it to work. I use my Linksys Wrt1200ac router as storage, but how can I find out which SMB version is?
Start a new thread. I think you meant to say you use your router to connect external storage. You should google the specs on your exact router to see how it handles SMB.
What version of LE and what is it running on ? (your hardware)
I have a 4 year old Intel NUC (i5 CPU). It plays HEVC 10-bit videos fine but FF/REW is quite choppy.

After all, you paid them for the hardware you're having issues with.
I would at least try an older version to see if your DTS issue is resolved.
Have you tried other versions of Libreelec ?
I'm not sure if this thread will help but it sounds similar:

Libreelec may not support the audio chipset on your motherboard. I'm guessing it's a Realtek ALC892 audio chipset. You did not mention the make and model of your motherboard. Some AM1 motherboards require you to use the front HD audio panel to enable multi-channel audio.
Providing more information about your hardware may help in getting an answer.
