Cable was the problem, didn't know there were 3 types so I had to swap ground and video.

I'm trying to get a Raspberry Pi 2b to run on my cars monitor. I have to use a rca cable though everything I get is some noise on the screen.

When using a hdmi cable on my TV it works fine.

How do I set it to use RCA for output video data?

Okay but the menu I used before isn't even in libreelec.

Regardless of the addon I'm using I can't get it to work with default subtitles settings in kodi.

On my previous setup with openelec I had opensubtitles.org setup as default through System Videos subtitles

But this menu isn't available in libreelec, or at least I don't see it.

Now what I want to is this.

I open Salts and select a series or movie and when the movie starts it should pause and open the selection screen for the subtitles in my language.

On openelec it was possible but I can't get it to work on libreelec.

Any help is appreciated,
