Hm. Playing Netflix from chromium is no problem (which is nice!). But I can not play Netflix from the Flix2KODI add on.

Seems it does hit an USB 3 quirk, connect it to an USB 2 connector and see if it works then.
I actually saw that page but it didn't describe things well enough.
What? The first paragraph gives you a step by step explanation on how to edit the config.txt, and this isn't well enough for you?
Change output configuration to "optimized".
IIRC there are currently 5 different CEC implementations in use by LibreELEC. So before not somebody of you will come to the idea to mention the hardware that is in use, there will be no activiy to try to solve the problem.Gerald
I'm using a RPi3. But as I posted above the actual issue is not with LE, instead it is with my TV, and I'm simply missing the settings: "Remote button press delay before repeating" and "Remote button press repeat rate/time" in the configuration for the CEC input device.
Edit: Ok, just checked 7.90.003 and the settings are there. But this time I can't prevent the unwanted key repeats with them, here is a debug log: QfGe
i purchased the RTC chip but after reboots my pi's loose an hour
Then set the correct timezone on your pi's.
So where is the new thread with the log files? Or at least some more details, like how the amp is connected?
I still can't get my amp to switch over to DTS.
How is this related to the IP address?
Would be interesting if LE had overlayfs for / combined with opkg or similar package manager like OpenWrt.
AFAIK the idea with LE and OE is to have a robust system that can't be (easily) messed up by the users. So having an overlayfs would more or less defeat this idea.
I'm not a developer, but anyone can look at the git code:
LibreELEC.tv/package.mk at master · LibreELEC/LibreELEC.tv · GitHub
so libusb is included in the build.
