Well with "finding an answer" I meant to use the forum search because I doubt that you're the first one that has problems with 3D content, actually I'm pretty sure there was rather big thread about this on the Kodi forums a few weeks back.
Btw. Side By Side and frame packed content are two entirely different things.
I tried the same on my Windows PC running Windows 10 with Kodi 16.1, Intel Core i7-6700K and EVGA GTX1080 SC - same result!
So it's a general Kodi issue, as such you'll have a much higher chance of finding an answer in the Kodi Forums.

Sorry, that link was intended for another thread. As for the bios, check the documentation of the device/board manufacturer. Those settings are usually in the advanced/chipset section of the bios, though some cheap manufacturers hide them completely.
I don't have an option like this in the BIOS, or anything that similar to that.

Well the i5-4250U doesn't decode x265 in hardware, so the CPU has to do it, and that's quite a bit of work even for 1080p, so 4k and x265 is far too much for those low power cores.
No one is forcing you to use LibreELEC. If OpenELEC/OSMC/Raspian works better for you use it instead.
If you want help you need to describe in detail what's happening. What information is displayed on the screen during booting, to where does the boot process get: for example do you see the LE splash screen, do you see the Kodi splash screen and any error messages on screen. Does it really reboot or is it just Kodi trying to start over and over again. Really try post as much details as possible.
Also you can try to make a backup of your storage partition and do a clean/fresh install of LE.
I solved this by downloading the 7.90.004 file, LibreELEC-RPi2.arm-7.90.004.img.gz (your distro will be different for the Wetek system), unzipping the file and copying the resultant file to the /storage/.update folder and rebooting. The upgrade completed without further issue.
You don't even need to unzip it, LE will do this.

The openelec docs despite being basic are a lil outdated and do not give the finer detail that someone thats never touched linux needs.
So you expect the devs to give everyone basic linux training? Get a grip, use Google and you'll find enough places specialized in that.
However if I try to install a specific build (like ****) no luck. It gives all kind of dependencies errors and I have to install all over again.
