Accessing LibreELEC - LibreELEC The Wiki exists for a reason.

Also remember you'll need the same Kodi version on every device, so if those openelec boxes are still on Kodi 15.1 you'll need to upgrade them too.
-
IIRC, if you are using noobs you need to edit the config.txt from noobs, not the one that comes with LibreELEC.
-
If the unraid box has no problem keeping the time you could run ntpd on it and use it as a local timeserver.
-
CEC works fine on RPI3 here.
-
Try Confluence. If it works without these issues your best bet will be to contact the author of the skin, so he can fix his stuff.
-
LibreELEC is not Windows, so better ask in the Kodi forums.

Language is part of the Kodi settings, not LE settings. Also, 7.90.002 is an alpha build intended for testing, not everyday use.
-
Set the language back to english, the settings addon currently seems to have problems with special characters in other languages.
-
Once again, Confluence is part of the system. You cannot remove it, as the system is read-only. Check if you have a modified version of it in "/storage/.kodi/addons", if yes delete it and restart kodi to get the default back.
-
Confluence is already integrated into the system, so there is no need to have it in the repository. Just activate it in the Skin settings.

Change the "Settings level".

It's a known but currently unresolved issue. It affects all/most remotes and is not CEC specific.AFAIK the known bug is that keys won't repeat. In my case it's the other way around, where most keys are repeated at least once, even on very short key presses. But that's a bug with my TV relaying the signals for to long, and affects other CEC devices as well.
With the above mentioned settings I could adjust it on earlier builds, so CEC was usefull again, that is why I asked for them.
-
After trying the current LE 8 alpha (7.90.002) I found that the settings for key repeats are missing from the CEC configuration. So I would like to know whether these are gone for good, or if they will be added back.

in conflucence I still have a link to openelec which does not workSounds like you are using a modified/custom version of confluence instead of the one included with the system.

All the OpenVPN documentation you need.
