Install Docker. Use the linuxserver.io container for TVH. Even if you figured out how to download and repackage our TVH add-on we will refuse to support it on another OS.
Where do I find "Docker"? Is that the same as linuxservier.io's "container"? Your answer is very short. I can't follow it at all. (I'm new to this).

This page: libreelec_usb-sd_creator [LibreELEC] shows links to downloading the Creator Tool. I have done that for my Ubuntu 16.04 (64bit) 'puter. Next I ran
chmod +x to the file in ~/Downloads
after that, I ran
sudo ./LibreELEC.USB-SD.Creator.Linux-64bit.bin
The terminal hangs. No Creator launches.
What did I do wrong?
Running GTK-Hash (Linux) against:
Does not show a clean download after 4 different tries. (where can I donate $ for bandwidth used?)
Also, while the above Size is 126M, I see:
