Rclone is not a stock LE application, nor (AFAIK) is there an add-on for it.
The standard .deb, nor running the install script will work, as LE is a read only file system. However, rclone is a single file and has no need for additional dependencies, so it can be installed on LE.
1. Download relevant zip file
Where xxxx = amd64 or arm or arm64 depending on your hardware
2. Unzip file
3. Create executable directory
4. Edit profile
5. Copy rclone into bin
Logout and log back in again
6. Check rclone in PATH
Should say /storage/bin/rclone

Nope, just an SD card.
As an interim, can you try a fresh install, instead of an upgrade, and see how you get on.

RPi 3B+ worked perfectly via the GUI.
HEVC (x265 - 10Bit) playback is a lot better ~ 20% on all 4 cores - though it did get a bit hot 73o
, using a 3" 5V fan dropped that to 45o
.

If you use the search function (top right) for HD44780 you should find some answers.

As development of LE8 has been scaled back (Slice was always a community build) I think you should try Slice 9 Here

Development releases are prone to problems. Nightlys are just a snapshot of how far the current development has reached. Never use nightlys if you want a stable system.

Can you try the latest alpha release 8.9.003 release and see if you still have issues.
As you are on development releases, things will always change.

What version of LE and for what platform (x86)?

I'm not too sure what this has to do with LE!

Can you post zvezdy.mp3 on a sharing server, but only if you can legally.
Also, do you get the same issue on LE 8.90.003 Here

What are you actually trying to achieve? There may be alternatives to modifying the system.

Please be aware that there is also a "Project M" addon which is used to install Merlin (A banned add-on). Don't confuse the two.

Firstly don't cross posts - it's a sure fire way of your post being ignored.
Secondly: You haven't deemed it necessary to include the RPi model, LE version, nor how you connect your RPi to your AVR.

Do you want to just play audio via a bluetooth speaker? See Settings --> System Settings --> Audio.
