You'll need to provide more details as to CPU/GPU and the amount of RAM installed.
Do you honestly believe that we can deduce the hardware or image used from that post? You might as well have posted "my car doesn't work".
Update the post with a full debug log and full details of the hardware/image used and it's possible we could look into it.
I'm not too sure what you are asking. Are you asking how to boot LE from emmc?
As we have no idea what hardware nor LE release you are on, there is little we can do.
There are *known* issues with some visualizations. Most of the time updating resolves the issue. However, as these addons are not developed by LE, you should post any issues with the addon developer.
If you still have issues:
Please explain what you are trying to do and what addon uses it. It *might* be possible to include it, if there is a requirement.
I'm not optimistic but if you can provide details of CPU and GPU it *might* be possible. If it's Intel then *maybe* (and that;s a big maybe) generic might work, but if it's a G4 then I doubt it. Time to compost your apples and get some raspberries or potatoes 
Please include details like Hardware used (RPi0,1,2,3) (Guessing RPi3), OS release (8.2.5) and the addons that cause problems.
It looks like you're using an old version but as you have edited the log it's difficult to be sure.
You should upgrade to a later version, either 8.2.5 or the alpha release 8.90.006 Here
When you get the error:
I would try the alpha release 8.90.006 Here as a lot of work has gone into supporting *most* devices.. You'll need to load the DVB drivers after installation by selecting LibreELEC Modules from the home screen and selecting "probably" media_build.
If you still have issues.
Unfortunately this sort of thing is always going to happen ... and it's not going to get any better until after 2020 in the UK when all of the change over has taken place.
It might be worth mentioning this in the tvheadend forum as a developer might be able to update it.
What release of LE are you on?
RPI3 or RPI3B+

If it WAS working and you haven't installed anything, upgraded to newer version of LE or changed anything, then it should be fine. If all of these are true then it's probably a H/W fault.

Not too sure why you are booting with one thumb drive to install on another.
What you should do is boot with the thumb drive and select "run" this will install LE on the thumb drive. (Yes I know it's not obvious)
Try it and see.

I would try on a fresh install of LE 8.2.5 and see if you still have the same issue.
There is a case of USB disconnect in dmesg, but this could be you pulling it out.
It's now a case of elimination.
Use a powered hub
Check on another machine to see if it works.
Just for clarification this is a RPi3B not a RPI3B+.
Have you repeated the error after a reboot?
Can you try on LE 8.90.006 and see if it still exists. If not then stick with this release.
Do you have the same problems on 2.4Ghz?

It sounds like you're hitting the "black screen" issue as detailed here and you need to use a 3.14 kernel.
However, LE 8.2.5 (Kodi 17) is the last release - at the moment - for Cubox-i so it's unlikely you'll be able to upgrade to LE 9 (Kodi 18. Support maybe included in LE 10 (Kodi 19) but it all depends on the availability of drivers.
"which I assumed would work" is a dangerous assumption.
