Try activating "Expert" Settings Level and disabling "Use MPEG-2 VAAPI" in "Player" - "Videos" settings.
Thanks, that did it

Hi folks, some help resolving DVD playback would be appreciated.
I have a Lenovo Thinkcentre (4GB RAM, Intel Core 2 Duo E7400, Intel on-board graphics) set up as a HTPC with latest generic x86_64 image.
All works fine except for playback from DVDs (proper ones, not ripped!).
Any help would be great, thanks
Look in LibreELEC Settings -> About for Architecture.
s805-arm.
Does this indicate HD18Q or MXQ?

Ok, found it in etc/release file.
Thanks for the help
Peace.

Is there a reason why I can't update from 7.0.1.2 to the last HD18Q release?
Copied the update image to .update folder, reboot, looks like the update finished but still remains on 7.0.1.2 - ??
It's in System Information screen.
The build version is there - 7.0.1.2 - but I meant the device version - i.e. HD18 or MXQ.
Sorry for the confusion.
I want to update from an earlier build - 7.0.1.2 - but can't remember whether I used the HD18Q or MXQ version.
Is there a way I can check on my current build which version it is?
Thanks.
..the remote works for most things except switching off. I have been getting around this by powering off in Kodi and then pulling the power lead out and putting it back in...
My box is the same, has been with all builds.
It seems to be common behaviour with a lot of boxes, may be something we have to live with
That's pretty much what I thought, haven't updated for a while anyway as early build works perfect.
Thanks for the quick reply and for development
Has development on these builds stopped?
Just wondered as the other builds thread is closed and hasn't been updated for a while?
Peace.
Deleted reply read belowEDIT: Sorry miss read your post, you may need to enable hidden folders via system settings, go to: System / appearance / files lists, and enable show hidden files and directories.
Thanks man, that did it!
Peace.
Anyone any idea why I can't see the .update folder in /storage when using the native file manager in LibreElec? Would be useful when updating , obviously.
Peace.
