today I tried to get this mentioned setup to work. Everthing plays fine except 3D MVC. The TV does not switch into 3D mode when starting the movie. I have used the Test clip from the Kodi site 3D MVC sample. I have checked the header of the file with MKVToolnix, to see, if the correct stereo mode is set. Yes, it is set to 14 which should tell Kodi to play MVC. Kodi detects, that is is 3D material, switches to 3D mode (Menus appear in 3d), but the movie itself is still shown in 2D.
Any hint on that? I have already attached directly to TV to bypass the AV but without success. Playing a original BR, the LG Player / or playstation trigger the TV to switch, which works fine.
