error compile latest libreelec

1. I try compile libreelec from latest git sourse and get error :

I configure in "options" VDPAU=no and VAAPI=yes

2. I dont need CEC and NFS - configure in "options" CEC_SUPPORT=no KODI_NFS_SUPPORT=no NFS_SUPPORT=no, but have error "CEC support enabled, but not found".

If edit CMakeLists.txt in unpacked "kodi-423072a" source and delete from "set(dyload_optional" strings NFS & CEC - then have error N:1

1. if in "options" VDPAU="no" and VDPAU_SUPPORT="no" - have error in compile, I had to change VDPAU="yes" and VDPAU_SUPPORT="yes", otherwise it is not compiled

2. I was able to prohibit the compilation from "CEC" & "NFS" only with custom patch

3. compile addon "system-tools" has error "doxygen not found", i change in package.mk to "PKG_CONFIGURE_OPTS_TARGET="--enable-static --disable-shared --disable-doxygen" and compiled ok

4. in scripts/create_addon line 133 "zip -rq ..." must change to "zip -rqy ..." (store link to file, not copy file)

5. if compile LE on old computer (i compile on server 8 year old), then detect support SSE instruction in FindSSE.cmake in Kodi src wrong, as result -

Kodi compiled w/o SSE support. I make patch, it correct SSE support detect. Not very elegant, but works for my:)

Perhaps someone will come up with a more correct solution

I try compile LE from latest git source and obtain error compile fontconfig.

As describe in 101280 – Build failure with 2.12.3, i add to package.mk in pre_configure_target()

this sting (as first string in function) and this resolbe trouble :
