I had a Raspberry Pi 3 running LE 7.0.3 and used a Rii bluetooth keyboard/trackpad remote with it. All good. No issues.
However, after updating to LE 8.0.1 (twice - the original in-place upgrade left me stuck at the LE splash screen but that's another story) I've been having problems with the bluetooth remote. After the remote turns off for power-saving or anytime I reboot the Pi, the connection can't be re-established. The remote is still listed under the Bluetooth devices (and even sometimes reports Connected: Yes) but doesn't work at all. The only way to get it working again is to delete it from the list, then redo "trust and connect". After that, it works flawlessly... until next time the remote powers down or a reboot the Pi. Repeat ad nauseum.
Any thoughts? Any solutions to try? Is it a bug in LE 8.0.1? I notice from a cursory search of the forum there are a number of people reporting bluetooth issues since updating to 8.0.1.
