Old device- trying to install Libreelec

    Hi
    I have only just found out about Libreelec.

    I am using a matricom mx2 box which has openelec on and an old version of kodi. helix I think it is. anyway, nothing really works anymore for me on it.

    I have done a factory reset on it and I keeps reloading with openelec and this old version of kodi.

    Can anyone advise me of how to remove openelec completely, and install Libreelec with a newer version of kodi?

    I am not very technical but know how to use the sd card from the laptop to install onto the box.

    If OpenELEC is installed onto the internal memory it's easier if you just install LibreELEC over with a fresh install because you probably will have disk size issue using "update" method.
    Try installing these builds.
