To learn OpenAI's codex, I added HD Radio support into pvr.rtlradio PVR client including automatic scanning for channels. I had to also add a side car python service that would pass the received station logos and album art over the airways and dumped into files for caching purposes for the skin UI. I then modified the skin UI to display those logos and album art. Now I'm more comfortable with using codex. The PVR supports pretty much any $30 rtl-sdr USB stick.
