oscam settings, please help

Hello everyone, I've reinstalled LibreELEC on my Raspberry Pi 5, along with a TVHeadend server. I want to use my old HD01 (white) card, but unfortunately I don't know which settings I need to configure for oscam to use the card in the mouse slot. Could someone please write down the configuration for me? Thanks, Jan
