[x86-64] RTL UHD no picture

    Hi all,

    I am operating 12.2.0 (Generic-legacy.x86_64) on a j3455 itx Mainboard with a dvb/s2 satellite card and tvhaedend43. Everything works fine, there is only one problem. There is no picture on RTL-UHD only sound. As soon as I disable HEVC, I get a picture, but it stutters a lot.

    What can I do. As I remember some years ago RTL UHD works fine.

    yup, nobody cares, according to kodi forum it's evil Intel's fault.

    However, if you start a recording and then watch the recording (with a delay of a sec or 2) instead of switching to channel, that should work. Which is why I think it is a problem of the intel client not handling the rtsp stream properly
