I have four FullHD Hikvision h264 network cameras and do not need absolutely any analysis done by the container! I just need a simplest and smallest possible container that would accept camera feeds as they are sent, save them and be able to show recordings with the timeline when needed. It would be nice if the local Kodi could show the recordings, but not crucial. Currently, Kodi displays all live cam feeds on its own.
Cameras decide on all video alarms and save / send only useful parts of the video stream. Cameras can save on their own to any network drive but the container should relay / save and delete old videos so all config is done in one place. Docker container version needed is armv7.
Why ask here? I would appreciate input from someone with such setup under normally used LibreElec. We have: RPi4 with 1 GB RAM, used daily for FullHD TV recording (TVh) and streaming. The file server is an HD.
