Failed to Configure 1024 x 600 - 7 inch Display

    Hi, I recently started using librelec Kodi running on my RPi-3. Post installation the system booted successfully and updated ...displaying the kodi screen. I am using a waveshare 7 inch small screen with resolution of 1024 x 600 but the os is not supporting the resolution and the default resolution taken is 1024x 768. I have tried everything and even tried to change the config.txt file but failed. Even the display settings on kodi is by default 1024 x768. I want to set 1024 x 600 and request help on this issue.
