PVR IPTV Simple Client: huge channel list, but Telebarn is missing

I have set up PVR IPTV Simple Client according to this How-To https://www.kodi-guide.com/pvr-iptv-simple-client-kodi-addon/

I now have a huge list of channels and don't know a single one. I have entered this URI in the config: https://iptv-org.github.io/iptv/index.m3u

I would like to have the channels from Switzerland, e.g. TeleBarn (see https://iptv-org.github.io/?q=teleb%C3%A4rn). But they are not in the list. Do I have to enter a different URI like https://iptv-org.github.io? Thank you
