Can't enter Libreelec settings

Hello everyone I've been having trouble with libreelec, and entering the libreelec setting menu. Sometimes it works fine. But sometimes none of the addons that use internet connect to anything (youtube, weather, pvr etc.), and when that happens I can't access the libreelec settings at all, this also happens when i reload the skin. And when i try to reboot or power off everything freezes. Any idea what might be causing it? There are times I have to manually restart several times to get it working again

Okay so a part of the the problem was when I went into system information most of the info showed as busy without changing. So I did a soft reset to not delete any of my tv series and movies on the storage, and it seemed to fix the problem, or so I thought. So I reinstalled all the the previous addons I had before without adding anything superfluous, to be careful, once again no issue. But alas when I went to add the previous widgets I had in the setup I had previous the problem returned. So after all that I narrowed everything down to be a hardware issue, the shitty CPU on my little htpc had just finally shat itself. Time for an upgrade. Thanks for the help everyone /s.
