Odroid C2 loss of video during boot

I was previously using the following build without any major issues:

I tried upgrading to the latest build from here (LibreELEC-Odroid_C2.aarch64-7.90.008.img.gz) and I am losing my video during boot. I see the splash screen and shortly after that the display goes dark (my TV indicates there is no input signal). I'm using a 1080p Samsung television over HDMI for my display. It otherwise appears to boot fine. I can access it over ssh and samba. I tried unplugging and replugging my HDMI cable after it boots and my display comes up after that. Is anybody else experiencing this issue?

The other problem is that my MCE remote is not working. The Odroid C2 has an IR receiver and the build I mentioned above is preconfigured to use that sensor with an MCE remote. Is this something I can get working with some additional configuration?

Can you please try most recent alpha LibreELEC-Odroid_C2.aarch64-7.90.009.img.gz. For lirc to work with mceusb you need a file called /storage/.config/lircd.conf
lircd.conf.mceusb

However in 009 I had lots of problems with mceusb. I worked around it here:

About your HDMI connect problem. Let's see if 009 fixes it otherwise we can try this patch from kszaq:

I tried LibreELEC-Odroid_C2.aarch64-7.90.009.img.gz and I'm getting the same result. Loss of video after the splash screen.

I would replace the boot.ini file with the stock one

I replaced boot.ini with the one mentioned above and now it boots fine. No loss of video. Also, my MCE remote works out of the box with this release. How do I get it to stop pulsing the blue LED, though? It looks like some kind of heartbeat indicator. It's kind of annoying because it sits right under my TV.

wrxtasy: Thanks, that resolved the flashing blue LED problem. However, now I have discovered another issue. When I play files with a Dolby (AC3) audio track the audio gets delayed significantly. The audio plays 600ms to 800ms late. I didn't notice a problem with files that have a DTS audio track. It may also be delayed there but not enough to be noticeable. I didn't have this problem with your custom build from here:

I've reverted back to wrxtasy's August build: LibreELEC-Odroid_C2.aarch64-7.1.0.Aug.img.zip. The audio sync is a deal breaker. Please let me know when the audio sync regression is fixed.
