Just delidded the CPU , Liquid Metal on the bare die, copper shim above and thermal paste Phobya Nanogrease Extreme between the shim and the ICE Tower cooler - 9C reduction under 100% stress test. Was 50C before, 41C now:
3000/1150 overclocked stable.
The default paste was a joke.

Would love to see your config.txt settings. I am working on a sub-zero cooling attempt for my 5 and I’ve seen a few ways people have over-volted the 5 that have given various results. I’m curious what you did.
