Vpn Manager installs on startup with Rpi3 but will not with Rpi4

I have a Rpi3 and Rpi4. Both have latest LE install. Both use NordVPN. Both SD cards are fresh installs using Rasp Pi imager v1.7.5. Vpn Manager latest version 7.0.3 will boot up in my Rpi 3 on start up but stalls in My Rpi4. It eventually goes green after a couple of minutes. Tried everything… Might there be a dependency problem? Don’t know if this is a RPI/LE or zomboided issue. All versions are up to date. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
