I am running running into issues again on my OrangePi 4 LTS. I had OrangePi running previously and I know that everything works on it, so hardware issues are out of the picture.
I had to install LibreELEC-RK3399.arm-10.0.4-orangepi.img on it, because 11.0.1 was not giving any life on HDMI. 
Anyway, I installed 10.0.4 and plugged it into the Network port. LibreELEC had by default DHCP turned on, but it gives me an address outside of my network, more interestingly, I get an address out of the 255.255.0.0 subnet.
I tried turning off DHCP and setting the IP Adress staticly (in LibreELEC) and no success. It would show the address in "system information" but nothing works, like it's not plugged in at all.
I would at least like to solve the problem with the terminal, but SSHing into it is not possible, since there is no network. Installing the Terminal is also not possible since again, network, the repos are not reachable. also, .. USB does not work. Soooooo, ... I am going kind of insane. Anyone got a suggestion?
