Kodi GUI does not come up

Hi all,

I'm new on the forum because of below.

On my Pi4 the last line of the boot process shows this : "kodi reached target kodi mediacenter".

It doesn't go beyond that even after several reboots.

LE version 10.0.2

I haven't tinkered with anything. Kodi just went black screen halfway through a movie and after reboot this started happening.

If anything is needed like logs etc. I'm proficient enough in Linux and have a SSH-connection to the Pi so I can get you anything.

The other pastebin contains too much private information of which I don't feel comfortable sharing.

I also followed an advice from here : https://www.comparitech.com/kodi/kodi-not-…g-fix-problems/

Specifically : "Consequently, the fix for this issue is to delete your Addons.db file, which just caches information on your addons. Don’t worry, deleting the file will not delete any of your addons."

That seemed to help as I now get the GUI back up and I could at least play some videos.

There are other videos that weren't working so I might need an addon for that, will have to check.

Going by the above "solution" there could be other issues wrt LE-versions of components.
