Trying to download LibreELEC.USB-SD.Creator.Linux-64bit.bin is blocked as virus/malware by Ga Tech?

Multiple tries (6-8) resulted in a successful download, but subsequent attempts produced the download blocked message.

ah they were served with http instead of https - browsers block this nowadays
