is there a chance new release 10.0 work on Weetek Play 2?

or my hardware are too old and i need change?

Amlogic stopped supporting these SoC in their drivers and the open source linux drivers are also currently unfinished on hold for undisclosed time so you can easily stay at 9.x but >= LE10 is currently not at the horizon for Amlogic.

The hardware itself could easily do it.
