Hello,
I may have missed something, but I use LIBREELEC on a Samsung TV ("regular" HDMI connection - the TV does not have a HDMI ARC) and the sound is delivered through a Samsung Sound bar (a bit old indeed).
S/PDIF is used from the TV to the sound bar.
On selected MKV files the sound cries (variation in the read speed). I have a tried various settings, but the problem does not get any better (with passthrough, without...).
It seems the most problematic files are "x265 + 10bits" files. This makes the reading difficult, this is specifically horrible on the music of the movies.
I believe the issue comes from the clock of the RASPI and the clock of the sound bar. But I would like the opinion of experts.
Thanks in advance,
Fredsaule
