thank you very much!! it worked now - i don't know why, but in the meantime, the addons menus "filled up". I'm not 100% sure if i looked in the same place, but i had the impression that when i first looked, there was only 1 addon (somethink with docker). I had access to all addons now i think.
Is it possible already to set up a rpi4 with kernel 5.4?

one additional question to dvb-t scan files in tvheadend
the pre-defined muxes for germany didn't work (only there for dvb-t, but dvb-t2 is needed).
this helped me: PiCockpit | DVB-T Tools, but it's only available for germany.
in Croatia, they changed from dvb-t to dvb-t2 too this summer.
Does anybody know, if somebody did the same for croatia, than as picockpit.com did for germany?
should i better ask in the tvh forums?
Thank you,
Stefan

I would say it's a converter (with an input data file for Germany already present there) which will work for any country (or any specific location).
So if you install DVB Tools add-on, use w_scan in Croatia and put the scan file to that convertor, you should get the Tvheadend's definition file for that specific location. It's not so hard to do it even manually for several channels visible around or edit the current ones (to change the Delivery system from DVB-T to DVB-T2 and a Bandwith appropriately).
Or a wait until somebody refreshes the default definition files.
