I just switched my Pi 3b+ over to libreelec from OSMC. It runs faster for me than with OSMC and seems lighter overall, so I'm making a new home. First everything works perfectly until I start a program. Once a show is on the arrow/select buttons on both the remote and the android app remote quit working so the play, pause, stop, etc. buttons to control the playback do not function. All the buttons work just fine before starting a program, and the volume, back etc buttons work just fine no matter what on both the remote and the remote app. Just during a show the arrow/select buttons do not function. If I switch the remote to an air mouse I can press the on screen buttons that way and once the viewing is stopped the remote functions as normal. My remote & my Android Kodi remote app both have the same issue, so I am pretty certain I flipped a switch messing around with new settings. While I could go and wipe everything back to default I'd rather learn what I did to make this happen. I also plugged my remote into another Pi I have running libreelec and have no issues.
