Settings not saving

Hello everyone. I've been using LibreELEC for a few months now with no problem. Just in the past week none of my settings are being saved upon reboot. Skin shortcuts, addons, repositorys, even sources in the file manager. I have a rpi 3 running berryboot with LibreELEC and retropie. After a bunch of searching I found that it could be an issue with kodi 16. I tried the backup addon and restore from the backup and got an error. I tried the switching skin thing. All with no luck. Does this sound like a corrupt sd card? Is there anyway to manually press a save button or something?

Other than this issue, everything works great.

Update: I did a backup of the image a few weeks ago with win32diskimager and tried to restore on another sd card. It worked perfectly and now everything saves now. For some reason nothing would write to the other card all of a sudden.
Starting fresh with LibreELEC is easy, but I had a lot of tweaks on my retropie I didn't want to loose.
