This is driving me crazy, when I configure OpenVPN I can send all traffic through it (Emby/Amazon for 2 work through it), but for Stalker, it simply fails to connect at all when the VPN is active.
Now from root of LibreElec I can see the tun0 and all traffic does pass through the tunnel. However Stalker refuses to make any connection "ERROR: AddOnLog: Stalker Client: Get: failed to open reqUrl", yet remove the VPN and stalker works fine. Try to access the stalker URL on the command line returns: "Unauthorized request.", which it will if connecting without the VPN as well, so the VPN does not seem to be blocking that traffic, or changing the response, it is just that stalker is failing when it is active.
Any ideas?
