pvr.teleboy stream addresses has changed -> use new version

Hi,

is it possible to actualize for Kodi Leia the pvr.teleboy to the latest version: 18.1.6, because the stream addresses has changed and it work not longer.

I've opened a PR with a bunch of addon updates (including pvr.teleboy 18.1.8), if testing goes fine the updates should be in the LibreELEC addon repo within about a week or so.
