Part 1 Buffering issue on LibreElec 9.0 Kodi Lei 18.6 with XENON build Part 2 Slow wireless ASUS 56USB

    Part 1: Is there an App for the buffering issue? Raspberry PI 4 with 4GB, SD 128MB and USB 2.0 256GB (empty). Would be good to let the app use the whole USB 2.0 for buffering.

    Part 2: Get a solid 62MB DL on my phone in the same area as the PI, but only 32MB DL with the ASUS 56USB adapter.

    Does the ASUS Linux 2.6 download need to be installed?

    Any help would appreciated.
