Kodi libreelec access not working

    My Kodi on Raspberry pi Libreelec has been working fine for over a year. Today I suddenly found after launching Kodi that my Bluetooth keyboard would turn volume up but not down. Next I found the YouTube app and any other apps in kodi would not connect to anything. Would just keep spinning for ever. So I went into settings and clicked on libreelec but it did nothing. Normally this would open up where I would have options to update.

    So I grabbed my backup duplicate sd card and swapped it over. This Kodi had exactly the same problems. So obviously not a Kodi problem. Could there be a problem with the Raspberry pi or memory itself or Libreelec??? :/

    Update: after the raspberry pi has been on for around 15 minutes, kodi apps like libreelec app all start working and the YouTube app opens normally as do other apps. If I shut down and reboot, the whole problem starts again. Must be some hardware fault. Just to clarify. Kodi loads OK but no apps will connect or as in program apps, will not open. If I open debugging I notice just before everything starts working again there are a flood of increased numbers to memory.
