Half the time when I try to connect my libreelec to the wifi it refuses, with the input/output error. This happens on a PC and on the RPi4 both running the latest version, but it's been happening since v9 came out. All the logs are in the attached file, and boy was it difficult to get them off the Pi with out a network connection lol.
