Audio (PCM) doesn't work property on Odroid C2, works find on Raspberry PI, OSMC, others

I'm trying to play vdeo files with AAC and FLAC audio on an Odroid C2 with LibreELEC 9 (although I believe that it was broken on ealier C2 releases.)

I get no sound for these files no matter what I do. Obviously, pass through doesn't work, and I've tried various channels (2.0, 5.1, etc.) with no luck.

I tried the sames files and configuration on an RPI running the same version of LibreELEC, OSMC (RPI and Vero 4K) and CoreELEC on an Odroid N2 - all work fine.

It seems to be specific to the the Odroid C2.

I haven't been able to boot CoreELEC on the Odroid C2, so not sure about it.

I tried CoreELEC 9.0.3 on the Odroid C2 - audio works fine.

So, PCM (or just FLAC and AAC to PCM) seems to have problems only on LibreELEC and only on the Odroid C2.
