Tvheadend and decrypting channels ( No CI interface in tvheadend )

Hi, I have a Digital Devices Common interface and a Conax card reader that is paired with the card. It's a Norwegian Canal Digital card for DVB-C. It is a conax system. I have a valid subscription. My card reader can only decrypt two channels simultaneously. How do I get it to decrypt the channels? Do I need a softcam or something?

My OS is the latest libreelec running Kodi with Tvheadend frontend and backend. The CI device resides at : /dev/dvb/adapter2/ca0

It's unclear to me how I set up Tvheadend to decrypt the channels, and I can't find a how-to that handles that scenario or I am just not spotting it?

There are no CI/CA adapters visible in the tvheadend

Why is the newest version in standard libreelec to old and not up to date?

The only options in "CA"'s on Tvheadend is:
