I have noticed lately i seem to get random flickers of light when using the hyperion grabber inside libreelec 9 i'm sure i did not get these with libreelec 8, They do not happen when i use an external hdmi grabber.

I would say that it is related to this thread. AFAIK it has not been resolved....

Changing the priority value under the frame grabber section fixed this for me

i believe it is the same issue, i have been using the work around addon mentioned in that thread it stops the flicker but is not perfect

Unfortunately they are ignoring this problem
You can try to ping because the more we are the more chances we get to fix the problem.
