What to do with an old firewire opening

  • so I have a old travla C134 case for a via mini-itx nehemiah board. As it is a nice small case with a slim line dvd, I was thinking to upgrade it with a thin mini-itx board.

In the front of the case there are a couple of usb connectors, but also a firewire connector. As firewire isn't relevant anymore and not available on newer boards a was thinking of removing the firewire but does there exist something to blind the hole. I was thinking to blind it with a black plexi screen and put a IR-receiver behind it or a flirc. But does somebody have a correct CAD drawing of these kind of holes, or another idea for replacement?

Probably there are more people with a nice htpc-case where the firewire port came obsolete.
