RemotePi not recognized as IR remote

Hi,

I'm trying to make LibreELEC work with the Remote Pi remote controller: Our Products – MSL Digital Solutions - but it is not recognized.

RasPlex recognizes the same hardware as a remote controller on the same R Pi.

I wonder how I can debug this / make it work, or what I'm doing wrong.

Make sure you have the gpio-ir overlay enabled in config.txt. Instructions how to configure the remote and troubleshoot issues are in the wiki: Infrared Remotes [LibreELEC.wiki]
