Kodi Play Freezes after you second of play

Hello,

After the last update 8 2 3 1 Le Potato, Kodi would crash after playing a couple of second of any video.

The info regarding the freez are overwhelming and I am confused. Is it due to BUFFERING issue?

I would appreciate any help.

Local media ? Wired or wireless network ? Video from addon ? Your hardware ? Link to info regarding the freeze ?

Local USB media (Hard Disk 3TB WD drive)

My apology for not providing the correct source Blueribb. So tested videos from my local network and they do play fine. So the USB Local is the issue then.
