External Hard Drive Never Powers Down

    Hi,
    I've been using LibreElec for the last week, after months of openelec, osmc, etc.

    I have an External Hard Drive for video storage. Problem is, since switching to LE, the Hard Drive never powers down. In all other OS's, after 15 minutes or so of not being used it has.

    It's really bugging me. I can hear it going all the time.

    Any solutions?
