RetroLink SNES controller USB adapter (Kodi on RPi)

    First time poster here. If there's a better place for this thread please let me know :) Also posting on the Kodi forums about this, but figured maybe someone here could help as well.

    I'm using the RetroLink Dual Controller Port Adapter for snes controllers. The device shows up in the menu under Settings->System Setting->Input->Peripherals as "INNEX SNES Controller USB". (Two menu items show up).
    However, no configurable input. (i.e. when i go to "configure attached controllers" in the Input settings menu, button presses do nothing.) It's like Kodi knows something is there, but it doesn't know what it is.
