can't edit LCDd.conf

    Hi everyone!

    I'm a new user of LE, I just upgraded my HTPC from OE.

    I got an Antec Fusion box, with a soundgraph iMon LCD screen.

    I'm pretty used to it: I installed LCDmon and XBMC LCDProx, reboot: the screen shows the infos, perfect.

    But when I want to modify LCDd.conf, for example to change the welcome/goodbye message or to change the screen behavior at shutdown, then reboot, the screen goes blank, like it's not recognized. If I restore the original file, it works OK.

    Even a simple modification makes the thing crash.

    Is there any logs I can check?

    I would like to avoid a clean install (again, it's an upgrade from OE), so any suggestion would be welcome :)
