wetek play - no Live TV video playback with hardware amlogic decoding

with recent LE 09/10 alpha I noted that some SD/HD iptv Live TV channels couldn't play on my wetek play. I can see black screen without audio, the counter of the seconds is started with the seconds 01-xxx/06. But if I disable hardware aml decoding, than the playback of the channel started without issue. So, software decoding is working, but with HD channels I have CPU overloading.

Please fix that issue

with peak3d’s amltiming patch which is merged in LE master I don't have the issue with iptv live channels.

but the issue with not smooth video 1080p 24Hz h264 with real high bitrate 30-40 Mbit/c still exists. For example Avatar can't play in smooth way unfortiunately
