1- Download the correct image you want to burn. Should be 1 file with a .img extension. Download USB Burning Tool (based on version 2.08). 2- Power up and connect Android box to PC via USB and Install USB Burning Tool (USBT). Install drivers as part of USB Burning Tool install on your PC/Laptop. When done power off Android box and remove cable. 3- Open USB burning tool, change language to English (second tab on top bar), choose file - load the image you want to burn. You should see it at the bottom of the page when it has loaded. Make sure to check the Erase Flash - Normal Erase - Erase Bootloader boxes. 4- Connect USB male cable to OTG Port (if available) on Android box and other end of USB cable to USB 2 port on laptop. USB 3 ports don't always work when trying to connect. Connections don't always require OTG port. If they do you will need a USB to USB OTG adapter. 5- Two scenarios for booting box to recovery: a- If TWRP or other recovery has been installed you will not be able to install image - Find and copy an original recover.img to a blank FAT32 formatted SD card. Insert into box. b- If original recovery is still used (no TWRP,etc) no SD card is required to boot into recovery. 6- With USB plugged into both PC and OTG port and box unplugged, toothpick boot the box - depress reset buttom (should feel a click) and while pushing reset insert the power plug and then turn the box on (if it has on/off switch) - release toothpick after a few seconds. You should hear a confirmation sound on laptop/PC (Windows) indicating that a USB device has been inserted. You should see box description appear in one of the Device ID boxes in USBT. If not, try to boot again. Reset button is usually inside the AV port or on the bottom of the box. You may have to look for it. Some boxes do not have a reset port and you will have to Google a method without a reset port. 7- Install should begin automatically and complete to 100%. Press stop when burn is 100% complete. Pull USB cables out. Should you get an error message(s) push the refresh button in USBT until image successfully burns.
